Immediately after graduation, I got a job with RCA and worked there for about 6 months....left Anchorage for Seattle, WA in November of 1960 and started work for Boeing in April of '61.  Spent 36 very good years there.  Met my first husband, Paul, while doing musical comedies....we were married for 33 years when he suddenly died of a heart attack while playing Santa Claus in our church Christmas musical.  Fortunately for him and for me, he knew the Lord and was very anxious to go "home" to be with Him.  There are still times when I miss him a lot.

I met my current husband, Wayne,  in 2003 while playing bridge on the Internet.  Living 156 miles apart we spent quite a bit of time on I5 travelling back and forth during our courting period.   We dated for a couple of years and married in July of 2005 with all 7 of our children and 16 grandchildren in attendance.

Here is a pic of that wedding.

Wayne and I have two residences.  We live in Vancouver, WA in the summer months and then purchased a home in Surprise, AZ for the winter.  We live in a gated community there and enjoy our new found friendships very much - spending time golfing, exercising, water volleyball, lunching, playing bridge, going out to dinner, and any other "playing" activity you can think of.  We've also gotten involved in a great church, Calvary Chapel Surprise

Also have a piece of property in Idaho that we love to go to in the summer.  Have recently purchased a "park model" - 500 sq ft of space (very cozy) and will spend next summer getting it all fixed up and comfortable.  The property is about 60 miles due east of Lewiston on Hiway 12.

Life has been good and continues to get better.
